3. Eating before exercise: Take foods that have high protein and carbohydrate, at least two hours before you exercise. 4. Healthy dietary habits: The food factor is the most important thing in determining a person’s height. Eat regularly every day (breakfast, lunch and dinner), and consume foods that contain high protein and carbohydrate and also you have to drink milk regularly every day, because milk contains lots of calcium that is useful for balancing the bone growth.

5. Habit of eating before bed: Keep in mind; do not take large quantities of food before you sleep. This way is to avoid the excessive production of insulin hormone, because the insulin hormone will decrease the income of hormones. Your body will produce growth hormone within two hours after meals.

6. Supplements consumption: The amino acid content in the multi-vitamin pill can help to produce the growth hormone. And also you can consume the growth pill, but you should choose the high-quality product.
